The provisions of this section apply only to a natural person acting outside the scope of his / her profession, occupation or business, who buys, orders, receives, uses, uses goods, and is the addressee of commercial communications and offers related to the goods (hereinafter: Consumer).

Apart from the cost of returning the product (s), no other costs shall be borne by the Consumer in connection with the withdrawal.

If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Service Provider shall refund the purchase price paid by the Consumer immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the Consumer's withdrawal statement. The Service Provider is entitled to withhold the refund until the product has been returned or the Consumer has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that it has been returned: the Service Provider shall take the earlier date out of the two.

During the refund, the Service Provider will transfer the full purchase price to the bank account number provided by the Customer without the delivery cost.

The consumer can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it has occurred due to use in excess of the use necessary to determine the nature and properties of the product. The shoe box is an integral part of the product and therefore cannot be used as a postal packaging material: in case of damage to the shoe box, we charge HUF 2,000 depreciation.
